How confirmation works
Whether you use Cal.com or the email form above, every lesson stays Pending Confirmation — not a confirmed lesson until approved. until Vlad reserves a court and approves. Cal.com should have Requires Confirmation enabled on each event type.
Request a lesson
Click "Book Your Free Lesson" or "Request a Lesson" and open the Cal.com booking page for your lesson type.
Pick a preferred time
Choose a slot at least 3 days and within 14 days ahead (Eastern Time). Cal.com should enforce the same limits when configured.
Pending Confirmation
Your request is submitted as "Pending Confirmation" — not a booked lesson until the instructor approves it.
Instructor notified
Vlad receives a Cal.com notification of your pending request.
Court check & reservation
Court availability is checked and a court is reserved when possible.
Approve or decline
If the court or time does not work, the request may be declined with another time suggested.
Confirmed appointment
Only after approval do you receive a confirmed booking with the scheduled time.
Court location shared
The final outdoor court location is provided after the reservation is secured (Cal.com confirmation and/or direct follow-up).
